My Favorites of 2018 // books, movies, tv shows, music & more!

28 Comments January 4, 2019 thebookprophet

I decided that since it’s the end of the year I might as well write a sort of end of year post. What better way to do that then to talk about my favorites of the year? This will probably end up being super long so let’s begin 🙂

13 Comments August 3, 2018 thebookprophet

I feel like July was an… okay month. I mean, it was great I guess but… I don’t know. I always feel so lost whenever I’m writing these wrap ups because I can’t ever remember what happened like a week ago haha. But here I go 🙂 Read More

IT’S ALMOST JULY Y’ALL!

We’re already halfway through the year and I honestly don’t know how that happened so quickly?? I always say stuff like this but I honestly can’t believe that July is in a few days (my birthday is on the fourth yay!) I feel like it should be February or April at the latest.  Read More

February Monthly Wrap-Up // my twitter hiatus, university hunting & bettering myself

51 Comments March 2, 2018 thebookprophet

February was more of a hectic month than January, I think, but also a wonderful month overall. Wonderful because I did so many things to better improve myself mentally and physically, and I’ve been working really hard to strive for perfection in school. I’m overall excited to write this wrap-up! Read More

32 Comments February 2, 2018 thebookprophet

JANUARY WAS SO SLOW I don’t understand why??? Last year, the months flew by so quickly 2017 was suddenly over and I looked back not knowing what the heck happened. Read More

My 2018 Writing Goals // finishing my first draft & my first time sharing my cringe-y old writing

36 Comments January 19, 2018 thebookprophet

I love writing posts about writing. Especially my own writing because although I get anxious about sharing my writing with others, it helps me a lot to get input from others about whether my ideas are actually good. Read More

54 Comments January 8, 2018 thebookprophet

Oh look how original I am \o.o/ Writing a favorite reads of 2017 post. Y’know originally I wasn’t going to do this because there are just so many of these posts out there but then I thought about adding some predictions for books that I’m planning on reading in 2018. Read More

The End of the Year Book Tag // & Resolutions for 2018!

20 Comments December 29, 2017 thebookprophet

I’ve seen loads of bloggers doing this tag recently, as it’s nearing the end of the year (just shy of 10 days as I’m typing up this post!!) so I thought that it was a good time to start, y’know, acknowledging that 2017 is almost over. I kinda just hope 2018 goes better. Read More

2018 Releases I’m Excited For (and you should be excited for too)

34 Comments September 15, 2017 thebookprophet

Hey everyone! Today I decided that I’d write a post about some upcoming 2018 releases that I’m excited for. I’m not a person that keeps a list of upcoming books, but there are already loads of books coming out in 2018 that sound really good, so I wanted to compile a blog post about them.

I can’t believe how much the London portion of @universalorlando looks like an actual city. I wish this was a real bookstore😭😭 - - - I’ve been meaning to post these earlier but I kept forgetting so here we are haha. I have one more batch of pictures from Universal to share with y’all🤗 - - - Do you prefer modern or old classical style cities? I like the old city vibe but I think I’d rather live in a more modern city.
I forgot to upload more pictures like I promised😅Here’s me sitting at the back of the knight bus pretending like I own it😂 - - - What’s one mode of transportation you wish you could have from the wizarding world? I would say a broom but honestly that would be really uncomfortable to ride haha so I think I would want a flying car, but also I feel like that would be a bit terrifying to drive?? A lot of wizard transportation devices would be a bit frightening, if I’m being completely honest.
I had a lot of fun the last few days at @horrornights at Universal Studios in Orlando. I’ll be uploading pics throughout the next week from my three nights so look forward to that! - - - I hope that everyone had a fun (and safe) Halloween! What did y’all do and dress up for Halloween?🎃
A couple of days ago my sister and I went mini golfing again! This is what happens when you live in Florida😂mini golf is everywhere here and it’s so much fun. My sister won by 11 points *cries* BUT I got a lot of pars so I don’t feel like I’m THAT bad. - - I also attended Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios last night (check my stories) and it was SO fun!! I’ll be going to four more nights this week so I’ll try and get some nice pictures to post on here but just make sure to check my story! - - What have you been doing lately?
Yesterday I posted a blog post on my blog about @elitecreednatural and their natural soap. I got sent a goats milk unscented soap to review, which I’ve been using on my face at the end of my skincare routine. It has softened my face more and cleared up some of my pimples. Right now, the unscented goat’s milk soap is only $4 instead of $8 and i shared more special codes on my post for you to check out🤗
“It’s a beautiful sky the clear sky is like you there is not a cloud because of you the world feels different to me.” - you are by got7 - - - This is by far one of my favorite got7 songs. The lyrics are just so beautiful and I just love every second of it~ - - - On the weekend I went out with my sister to spend an afternoon together and we ate poke and had these awesome drinks served in cups shaped like light bulbs. After that we went gulfing at a Pirate-themed mini golf course, one of the many that Orlando is known for and then finished it off by going on a terrifying tower swing ride. It was a really fun day and it showed me the many perks of living in a tourist city☺️
