Hyped Up Books: A Discussion

Today I will be doing a different sort of post that I haven’t yet done on this blog before and that is a discussion post. I don’t know why but I’ve been straying away from doing a post like this for some time. It’s not like I’ll think others will bash me and my opinions, but I guess I’ve just been sort of unsure if I should let my opinions fly around for others to read or if I should just keep them to myself. Book Blogger Insider Tag

Hello everyone! Sorry about being absent the past few days, some exciting stuff has been happening recently. I’ve decided to apply for a job at Barnes and Noble and life is becoming a bit hectic right now, which is awesome because I’ve just felt like doing everything lately. Bookstagram, this blog (how’re you liking the new look?), BookTube, etc. I just like making myself busy. Continue reading “Book Blogger Insider Tag”

Camp NaNoWriMo – Introduction

Hello everyone! Today I decided that I would write a post about Camp NaNoWriMo. You might be asking yourself right now what Camp NaNoWriMo is, for since it’s not as large as it’s processor, NaNoWriMo, it’s not as well-known. Well, basically, Camp NaNoWriMo is a smaller and less stress-inducing version of the regular NaNoWriMo that everyone knows.

The Book Prophet is 1!

So today is an exciting day, it’s my blog’s first birthday! Isn’t that exciting?? It’s been an entire year since I signed up for WordPress to create this blog. I didn’t actually actively start blogging here until October, but still. That’s crazy insane! It doesn’t feel like I’ve been a part of the blogging community like this for that long! You’re all just such amazing people, really, there is literally not any other community as awesome as you guys are. Continue reading “The Book Prophet is 1!”

Down The TBR Hole #1

Hello everyone! So today I decided that I would try out a new meme here on this blog. This meme is called “Down the TBR Hole” and it was created by one of my book blogger friends Lia from Lost in a Story (go give her blog a little read, it’s awesome), and this meme is all about tackling the large TBR piles we all have. Mine isover 300 books, so I decided that it was finally time for me to get rid of some of them. I will be doing this meme every Saturday so that I will have something posted on the weekend for y’all from now on. Continue reading “Down The TBR Hole #1”

Your Favorite Music Book Tag

Hello everybody! Today I decided that I’d do another book tag (as I am currently procrastinating from writing a book review…). This tag I was actually tagged in and I was tagged by a book blogger friend, Debbie from Debbie’s Library. Not only did she tag me in this, but she was the creator of this tag as well! Continue reading “Your Favorite Music Book Tag”

My Experience at North Texas Teen Book Festival!

Hello everybody! Today I will be telling you guys about my experience going to my first ever book festival! Only a few weeks ago I stumbled upon the North Texas Teen Book Festival somewhere online (I’m not sure where, as I’ve already forgotten, I think it might’ve been Twitter), and I realized that it was taking place only 40 minutes away from where I live. The second I found that out I told my sister and my parents and they said that I could go! Continue reading “My Experience at North Texas Teen Book Festival!”
