As y’all might know, I announced a Q&A about a month ago. Y’all send me questions and I am finally getting around to answering them. I got some great questions and a lot more than I expected. Since this post might be a bit long, let’s go ahead and get started 😀
Kat @ Life and Other Disasters –
1. Is there a moment in your life you wish you could relive? (not necessarily to change it)
This is a hard question, actually! There aren’t many moments that I would want to relive, but maybe different decisions that I’d make. I wonder what it would be like if I had ever continued with sports I did as a child because I’m curious if I would have become some big sports star or something.
2. If you could have any two authors/bands/actors collaborate, who would you pick and what would you hope the result would be?
This is such a cool question!! I think I’m going to answer for all three:
The two authors I’d love to see collaborate on a book are Akemi Dawn Bowman and Stephanie Garber. This might seem like an odd combination, but they both have really unique writing styles. I think it would be cool to see a magical realism from them.
As far as bands go, I think that it would be amazing to see a BTS/EXO collaboration. I want the fan wars to just stop and how freaking amazing would this be? The song would work if it’s has an EXO sound to it, but with the BTS hip hop vibe added in.
Actors, however… I’ve always wanted a SuperWhoLock (Supernatural, Doctor Who, Sherlock) crossover episode haha. I’m still not quite sure how this would work but there’s a lot of fan-created crossover scenarios all over the internet.
3. You get a meet and greet with your favorite author. Who is it and what would you talk about with them?
Here’s the thing. I’ve actually met some authors I love and I only really talk about how much I love their book because honestly I don’t know anything else to say to them?? I think it would be amazing to meet Rick Riordon though! My answer would have been JK Rowling in the past but… y’know.
Marie @ Hurricane & Books –
4. What was your favorite book as a child?
Junie B. Jones! This series was my LIFE.
5. What would be your top 3 favorite books?
These are the first three books that come to mind for me. The Raven Cycle series will always have a special place in my heart. Pachinko and Starfish are two of my favorite reads within the last few years.
6. What book did you discover thanks to book blogging and LOVED?
… most of the books I read?? Hahaha! I discover 99.9% of the books I read through blogging. My answers for the last question will work here.
7. What would be your dream travel destination?
South Korea! More specifically, Seoul (of course) and Jeju Island. Of course there are loads of other countries I want to visit (Japan, United Kingdom, Greece, Thailand, etc.) but S. Korea is definitely at the top of the list.
8. What would be your dream job?
I guess writing? I’ve been questioning what I want to do with my life recently but I definitely want to do something that has to do with writing of some kind. Maybe something that has me traveling or working from home, as long as it’s not an office haha.
9. What are some of your favorite bloggers – bloggers you admire?
There are so many! But here are just a few:

10. What’s a song that immediately reminds you of a book? And what book is that?
Oh my gosh – I actually don’t have one of these! The only one I can think of is ‘Never Ever’ by GOT7, it kind of reminds me of Quentin from The Epic Crush of Genie Lo. The lyrics just makes me think of the way Quentin was a bit possessive over Genie and how she ‘waited’ for a long time and was ‘lost’. You’ll get it if you’ve read the book.
“I was lost for such a long time
But don’t worry now, I won’t ever leave again”
11. Top 3 books you think everyone you know should read?
I bet y’all already know one of my answers hahaha 😀 All of these books are important for one reason or another – I think that everyone should read at least one of them.
12. What are some highlights of your blogging experience?
Right now celebrating my 1,000 followers!! This is definitely the biggest highlight of my 2-3 years of blogging thus far. I always thought it would be cool to reach 1k but I never thought that it would actually happen. Even when I’m down or don’t feel like writing, I push through for all of you.
Aimee @ Aimee Always –
13. Favorite post you’ve ever written?
These questions are so hard!! Because I’ve written like 200+ posts since I began blogging (some i’ve deleted because nobody should ever have to read them xD) but I’d have to say:
This is solely because after I wrote this post, I felt like I got something out of it. I was able to finally become comfortable in who I am and the skin I wear (lol that sounds morbid but you know what i mean).
14. Post you wish got more love?
I think that all of my posts get quite a lot of love. My readers are pretty loyal and read just about every post I come out with which I think is amazing. All of my posts get more than the amount of love I expect when I write them, but my under-performing ones would have to be the K-Drama and K-Pop posts. Which is understandable but they still get a lot more love than I expected when I first began writing them!
15. Most memorable blog/book-related experience?
Without a doubt, going to the North Texas Teen Book Festival last year and meeting loads of great authors and BookTubers! I had loads of fun and its the one thing I miss about Texas. Oh and I actually wrote a post/made a video on it! You can read/watch here.
Lindsey @ Lindsey Reads –
16. If you could only listen to one band/artist for the rest of your life, who would it be and why?
As somebody that listens to a lot of different artists this is so difficult! BUT. I get in this mood where I want to listen to Day6 and ONLY Day6 at least two times a week. I end up listening to their entire discography over and over again and I never get bored of it.
Listen to this (their most recent comeback) and tell me you aren’t obsessed:
17. What’s the bookish trope you just can’t get enough of?
Friends to lovers and hate to love. I find friends to lovers the most satisfying because insta love is probably my most hated trope so this is the complete opposite. Just the thought of best friends ending up together for the rest of their lives makes my heart flutter with happiness. Hate to love is just fun to see haha!
if you’re a kdrama watcher you can see how this would make watching dramas stressful for me xD
18. What do you love most about blogging?
I’ve probably answered this question a million times but meeting and interacting with fellow book-lovers! It’s seriously so amazing to talk with people from across the WORLD about something that we both love. Also, I still can’t believe 1,000 people saw my blog and decided “hey i might like this person” that is something that gives me confidence in myself even if it was just for something superficial like my aesthetic.
Before I leave, I wanted to announce something! You know how I was planning on rebranding? Well. I figured out my new name! I still need to make new graphics and logo and such in order to match this new rebranding but sometime in the future you will know me as With Love, Savannah!
What would be your answers to some of these questions? What do you think of my rebranding name? Let me know!
