September came and went so fast. I feel like nothing happened in this month at all because it just flashed before my eyes so quickly. How is it already October?? This doesn’t make any sense! Anyway, here’s my monthly wrap up for September!

Most Popular Post:
My most popular post in September was 2018 Releases I’m Excited for (and you should be excited for too)! I knew this post would be a hit and seeing so many people love it made me so happy.
I only wrote 10 posts this month, which isn’t really that much considering how much I used to post. This is because of my Mon/Wed/Fri schedule so it doesn’t allow me to post any more than three times a week.
I think I’m going to post four times a week, Mon/Wed/Fri and then either Saturday or Sunday. In order for me to not run out of post ideas I could bring back Down the TBR Hole! Let me know what you think.
Personal Life:
I honestly don’t remember what happened this month… we’re still trying to sell our house. We had two showings but one person isn’t interested and the other couple haven’t responded and it’s been weeks since they saw the house. But hopefully something will happen in that department in October.
Oh! My sister and I went on a little shopping excursion this month! We don’t go shopping very often which is why this was so special. I found my new favorite store, y’all! It’s TJ Maxx. They have designer clothes for a reasonable price and I found some amazing clothing items (I’m too lazy to take pictures and upload them here but just trust my judgement).
What I Watched:
Last month I talked about my family starting Criminal Minds and now we’re on season 4! It’s still a really interesting show and has become a favorite of mine. This month we started watching The Blacklist and I really like it as well.
As far as movies go, we watched IT – which strangely didn’t scare me like I thought it would, though it was still a great movie – and Annabelle: Creation (which I was too scared to actually watch… I hid myself under a blanket the entire movie). I think that’s all the movies we watched besides Little Evil on Netflix last night (27th).
As far as K-Drama watching goes, I only made it to episode 5 of Oh My Ghostess. To be fair, the episodes are each an hour long! And I watched two episodes of Boys Over Flowers with my sister (I’ve already seen it all the way through but I’m watching it again with her).
I’ve also been obsessed with YouTube – K-Pop, again – this month. I’ve started branching out a bit more from my BTS shell and watched some EXO and ASTRO. BUT. BTS’ new album came out this month!! It’s SO. GOOD. The music in this album leans more towards EDM, something I’m not a fan of, but I still love the songs. My favorite is probably Serendipity because Jimin absolutely kills that song!
And they released (and broke records) the music video for DNA. This music video is much different than their previous music videos, which is why it’s not my favorite, but the choreography and fashion is absolutely incredible (and I’m in love with their hair from this comeback).
And here’s the one for Serendipity:
Blog:
I could fangirl all day about BTS but I’ve got other things to talk about. My blog views were down this month… not by much but I really thought that since I put up a lot of unique blog posts that my views would rise. For a large portion of this month I felt like people weren’t enjoying my posts anymore and started getting bored of the content I was writing, but I think I was just overthinking things.
I didn’t reach the 550 followers like I wanted to, but I did reach 500 which is an amazing accomplishment so I’m happy about that. And like I mentioned earlier, I’m going to try and post 4 posts a week. It’s not a promise because I do have school and such, but I’m going to try.
Writing:
I wanted to make it to 55k words in my WIP and I did! My book now rests at 58k words and I’m happy with that number, though 60k would’ve been more satisfying. I’m going to aim for 65k in October.
BookTube:
Umm… so… this is awkward. I started filming something but I haven’t finished it yet (it’s different than other videos I’ve done so far). And then I’ll have to edit it which might take a while so you might get a video in October (hopefully). I also talked to my sister about us doing another video together so there might be one of those too.
No book haul for this month besides NetGalley ARCs.
I also won’t be setting goals for myself because you never know what life will bring and things always end up happening to get in the way of the goals I want. But ultimately, in October I want to get back to eating healthy, start working out again, focus on school and not Twitter, and keeping my blog alive.
