The Book Titles Tag

I wasn’t tagged by anybody to do this tag, but I saw Lia over at Lost in a Story do it and decided that I’d do it myself because I loved the idea. This tag is a combined edition of two different ones from Rachel Reads and Books and Looks.

So basically, there are 10 questions and each question I have to answer with a book title (example: what best describes your brain? A Madness So Discreet).

TADA! Simple, yet brilliant idea for a tag! Now, let’s get started!

1. Title That’s the Story of Your Life

I have the perfect one for this! Antisocial by Heidi Cullinan, which is actually my current read!

I think you can all relate to this one, amiright?

2. Title That Describes Your Perfect Weekend

Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare. I always stay up late on the weekend so this fits well! I’m a lady – at midnight!

Ignore my dorkiness.

3. Title of an Adventure You’d Like To Go On

The Changeling’s Journey by Christine Spoors. A journey – with a changeling! Sounds a lot less deadly and bloody than the other fantasy adventure books with ‘journey’ ‘quest’ and whatnot in the title haha.

4. Title You Want to Name Your Child

Well, it’s going to be a title that’s just a name, obviously haha. Not any of The Lunar Chronicles books because that’s too obvious and I don’t want to use the same answers as Lia. Proxy by Alexander London for a boy and Nimona by Noelle Stevenson for a girl! Prox could be a nickname and either Nim or Mona could also be a nickname!

5. Title of Your Ideal Job

Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. If I could get paid to fangirl over things… that’d be the best job in the world!

6. Title of a Place You’d Like to Visit

Gosh… this one is going to be a hard one haha. Oh! Caraval! Or The Night Circus! They aren’t real places, but that doesn’t matter, right? It should definitely count!

7. Title of Your Love Life

Lmao what love life? I would choose Radio Silence but Lia chose that. Haha so I’m scrolling through my Goodreads shelf and a lot would work for relationships of different kinds, but not mine.

*20 minutes later* I found one!! Someday, Someday, Maybe by Lauren Graham!

8. Questions You Ask Yourself

Do I even have a book with a question as a title? Okay I seriously can’t find anything in my shelves. I’m gonna have to search this.

*another 20 minutes later* Okay. I found one! What to Say Next by Julie Buxbaum. I ask myself this all the time whether it be replying to blog comments or just talking to people.

9. Title of a Kingdom You Want to Rule or Name

So I don’t want to use any of the answers Lia used, but I also don’t want to use any of The Mortal Instruments books because that’s too obvious… I’ll go with Graceling by Kristen Cashore. I think that’d be a good name for a kingdom.

10. Title You’d Name Your Band

There are loads of book titles I could go with! Rebel Seoul could be the name of some bad boy KPOP group (lol imagine that though), Little Monsters, Rebels Like Us, The Raven Boys, and so many more. I also found some titles that could work as album or song names haha.
