Once Upon a Time, there was a Tale as Old as Time…
Hello peoples! *Slides into frame like Jessethereader* So today I’ll be doing a tag I was tagged in by Bookfandom1001. She’s also the creator of the tag, so all hail Lena. I’m so excited to do this because, if you didn’t know Belle is my favorite Disney princess, and the live-action movie is coming out at the end of the year, AND it’s going to star Emma Watson as Belle. I’m so excited for that, and I think this is a wonderful tag to get me even more pumped up for it (even though I still need to wait months until it’s released…) Let’s getting tagging.
Rules :
1)Tag at least four people
2)Thank the creator
3)Make sure you answer honestly
Belle: Someone who is willing to sacrifice themselves for someone they love?
Well there are loads of protagonists that would sacrifice themselves for someone they love, because they’re the heroes, but I’ll have to go with Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games for this one.
Beast: A good character development?
There are some characters I can think of that have good character development, but one that stands out for me is Eadlyn from The Heir and The Crown.
Lumiere: A character that gives good relationship advice?
Hmm… this one is a bit difficult. I’ll have to go with Iko from The Lunar Chronicles on this one. Even though she’s an android, she has human-like feelings and emotions that makes her the best friend Cinder could ask for.
Cogsworth: A loyal character (a person you can trust)?
For this one, although it’s not technically a book, I’ll go with Newt Scamander from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. He’s a Hufflepuff so he’s bound to be loyal and trustworthy. He is the embodiment of the Hufflepuff house in every shape and form.
Mrs. Potts: A mothering character (a character that you would want as a mom)?
My answer for this will always and forever be Mrs. Weasley from the Harry Potter series.
Gaston: A character you hate that everybody else loves?
Well first off, I’m pretty sure everybody hates Gaston. Gaston is known throughout the entire Disney universe as being a big twat. I think I’ll go with Cath from Fangirl on this one. I don’t hate her, but I had found myself getting annoyed at her and her decisions throughout the book.
The Enchantress: A person who put a curse on someone?
That’s pretty specific. Hmm… I really have no idea. Er… I guess Harry Potter from Harry Potter? That works, right? Yeah, there. That’s my answer.
I Tag…
And, like always, you don’t have to do the tag if you don’t want to. If I didn’t tag you, you’re free to do the tag yourself as well.
In hope y’all enjoyed this tag. These are always fun to do, and I hope you like them as well. I’m 9 followers shy of 100 followers on this blog (*gasps*) I know right! So I was wondering what I should do once I hit the 100 follower mark? I could start a Bookstagram account, host another Q&A, a Book Giveaway, anything! Just let me know what you’d like me to do once I hit 100, even if it’s something I didn’t list, because that’s a huge milestone for me. Thank you all for reading, I appreciate it as always.
Yes! Yes! Yes! Newt! Newt is my fave! thank you for this awesome post

I love these! And I find Cath so annoying too… I might be one of the 10 people in the world who didn’t enjoy Fangirl all that much hahaha

I’m so happy I’m not the only one! I haven’t even been able to get halfway through Carry On, which I feel so bad about, but honestly, I’m not even enjoying it so I put it down.

Definitely! Don’t force yourself if you’re not enjoying it just because the majority did.
Fangirl is the only book I’ve read by Rainbow Rowell but I can’t say I was impressed. It was just not for me, I guess 🙂

I think Eleanor & Park is a Rainbow Rowell book that’s actually worth the hype because I loved it!

Oh that’s awesome! Yes, it’s from the same person. I haven’t read that one yet. I hope I will at least like it more than I did Fangirl.
Not to say I didn’t like Fangirl, but I just didn’t love it nor understood the hype surrounding it. Plus, there was Cath and the other characters…

Haha, I love the all hail lena part it’s my favourite. I did the tag to get myself ready for the film, Emma Watson wouldn’t be my first choice but I am curious to see her as Belle.
I use to get dressed as Belle, in the dress up I never took it off when I was young. I also agree about Gaston, he is a twat. I didn’t mean fans, I meant in the film he’s the guy everyone wants to be and love but Belle doesn’t. I should of said that in the tag, I loved you’re answers thank you for doing my tag. ☺ 💖

Emma is the only actress I think would be able to pull of belle on the big screen. I have faith she’ll do great. Ah okay thanks for clarifying!

I always thought that Kristin Laura Kreuk would be perfect for Belle in the movie but unfortunately she played Belle in the tv show I agree Emma Watson will do the role justice. 😊☺
